Shipping and Returns
Shipping is free for orders over $150.00 to customers in the United States of America. Currently, we do not ship outside of the USA.
Sales tax is charged for customers with shipping addresses in the state of Virginia only. The current Virginia sales tax rate is 6 percent.
Exchanges or Refunds:
If you would like to return an item, we will offer an exchange or refund. Please contact us at email@example.com for return information. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be in perfect, unused condition with tags still attached and with their original packaging. We do not accept returns for items that are scratched, damaged or not in their original packaging with tags attached.
Return postage is at the buyer’s expense. Please insure your item or keep your shipping receipt with tracking number as proof that you have attempted to return the item. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that the bag you receive is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the goods are received we will process a refund or send a replacement. We will reimburse the cost of postage.
Please note that if an item is deemed not to be defective, it will be considered a regular refund or exchange and return postage will not be reimbursed.
